This housing facility consists of three buildings, each with four ground floor apartments and two second floor apartments. The second floor apartments are reached via stairway.
All apartments are approximately 525 square feet. They typically have a combined living room/dining area, complete kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and several closets. Resident parking is available on site. Guest parking is available either on site, or on Church Street.
There is also a community building equipped with a kitchen, bathrooms, resident mailboxes, laundry room, and lounge room with a TV, piano and limited exercise equipment. There is an onsite maintenance manager and an overall facilities management company, which can be reached by phone 24 hours a day.
